Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by two referees and published in Journal of Low Temperature Physics.

Poster presentation

Posters for the scientific poster exhibition will be displayed on designated spaces in the first floor of the Dreikoenigskirche.
The dimensions of the exhibition panels are 100 cm wide x 140 cm high. Portrait formatted posters in DIN A0 size (118.9 cm x 84.1 cm) are recommended.
For further assistance and adhesive material, there is a Poster Help Desk near the poster exhibition space. Please extract you poster number from the program and affix your poster on the poster panel marked with your number. Please use only the provided adhesive material.

Posters should be mounted on Thursday, July 23, from 8:00 a.m. or in all breaks on Thursday morning, July 23. The first Poster Session takes place on Thursday, July 23 between 6.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. These posters should be removed on Saturday from 2:00 p.m.

Posters not removed by the times indicated above will discarded by the organisers. For posters that are not removed we assume no liability.
In case that a poster cannot be mounted or removed by one of the authors at the designated time, the authors should contact the organisers in good time to make alternative arrangements.

Important Dates

Visa formalities

All participants from the EU entering Germany must possess a valid identity card.
For all others, a valid passport is required.
No visa is necessary for citizens of most Western countries. Participants, particularly from Eastern Europe and overseas, are advised to consult the nearest German Consulate.
If a formal invitation letter is needed please contact the conference office INTERCOM Dresden GmbH Antje Blömeke well in advance.

Insurance

The organizers is not responsible and cannot accept any liability for accidents, illness, or injury of the participant and the loss of or damage to property of participants and accompanying persons, which may occur either during or arising from the conference.
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect of health and travel insurance.
